Sour Cream Apple Pie
Ingredients:
4-5 c. apples, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 Tbs. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
TOPPING:
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 unbaked pie crust

Directions:
Mix egg, brown sugar, sour cream ans flour in a large bowl. Add apples and gently toss to coat well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Mix topping ingredients (will be moist) and put over pie top. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
