Soft Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
3 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbs. lemon extract for lemon cookies
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and beat well. Add sour cream and dry ingredients and flavoring. Mix thoroughly. Drop by rounded teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 min.
