Scalloped Oyster Corn


4 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. cream
1 Tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 medium canned oysters
3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. liquid from oysters


Combine corn, cream, salt, pepper and oysters. Toss crumbs and melted butter. Layer crumbs and oyster mixture in a buttered casserole, beginning and ending with crumbs. Pour oyster liquid over all to moisten. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
