Sausage Corn Chowder


8 oz. bulk pork sausage
1/3 c. sliced green onions
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can milk
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce


In 3 qt. saucepan over medium heat, cook sausage until browned, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat. Add green onions. Cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Stir in soup, milk, corn, cheese and hot pepper sauce. heat through, stirring occasionally.
