Sweet Potato Sausage Cakes


1/2 pound fresh sausage
1 tsp. salt
2 c. raw sweet potatoes, shredded


Mix all ingredients. Shape into flat cakes. Place in cold skillet over low heat. Fry slowly until brown and crisp on both sides.

Makes 4 -6 Servings
