Salmon Salad


1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. mayonnaise


Drain salmon, and flake with a fork. Add cabbage, celery, and olives; stir gently, and fold in mayonnaise. Cover and chill 2 hours.

Makes 4-6 Servings
