Rhubarb Jelly


8 c. rhubarb, diced
7 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 small pkgs. strawberry jello


Boil rhubarb and sugar for 8 minutes. Add crushed pineapple. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add 2 pkgs.jello. Pour into glasses, cool. Cover with parafin.
