Picnic Potato Salad


4 red potatoes
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbs. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 c. chopped celery
1 red onion, chopped
2 tsp. celery seeds


Steam or boil potatoes until just tender. Drain and refrigerate until chilled. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise and mustatrd. Mix well. Dice potatoes, add celery and onion, and toss with yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with celery seeds. Makes 3 cups.
