Mulberry Pie


Pastry for 2-crust pie
2 c. mulberries
1 c. finely sliced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
4 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. butter


Combine mulberries and rhubarb in medium bowl. Combine sugar and flour. Sprinkle about 1/3 of mixture in bottom of pastry-lined 9" pie pan. Turn in mulberry mixture. Then sprinkle with remaining flour mixture. Dot with butter. Adjust top crust; flute and vent. Bake at 400 until juices bubble through vent and crust is golden brown.

Makes 6-8 Servings
