Meaty Cheese Dip


1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) jar medium salsa
1 (2 lb.) loaf process cheese spread, cut into cubes


Brown ground beef and sausage in a large skillet, stirring until it crumbles; drain and return to skillet. Add remaining ingredients, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Serve warm with corn chips. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
