Easy Liver Casserole


5 strips bacon
1 lb. liver
4 Tbs. flour
Salt to taste
1 can tomato soup
3-4 Tbs. minced green pepper
1-2 Tbs. minced onion
1/4 tsp. chili powder


Cut up bacon; fry in skillet until crisp. Remove. Dredge liver in flour with salt. Brown in bacon fat. Pour on tomato soup. Add green pepper, onion and chili powder. Sprinkle bacon on top. Cover and simmer 20-25 minutes.

Makes 4-6 Servings
