Easy Chicken Casserole


1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 1/2 soup cans of milk
1 lg. fryer, cut up
Salt and pepper to taste


Mix together rice, mushrooms, soups and milk. Place in large casserole. Put chicken on top, skin side down. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 250 for 3 hours. Turn chicken over once.
