Corn Sausage Casserole


1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. milk
2 (17 oz,) cans cream style corn
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Salt and pepper to tastye
Buttered bread crumbs


Break up sausage; cook until brown. Remove meat from skillet; cook onion and pepper in sausage drippings until browned. Remove from heat; drain off grease. Pour milk in skillet; loosen browned particles from skillet. Add corn, eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered casserole; cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 until browned, about 30 minutes.
