Chili-Spaghetti Dinner


1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped carrot
1 1/4 c. tomato juice
1 8oz. can red kidney beans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Dash pepper
1/2 c. broken spaghetti


In saucepan cook sausage, onion, and carrot until meat is browned. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato juice, kidney beans, salt, chili powder, and pepper. Place uncooked spaghetti in a 1 qt. casserole; stir in meat mixture. Bake at 375 till spaghetti is tender, 55 to 60 minutes; stir twice.

Makes 2-3 Servings
