Chicken Marsala


2 boneless chicken breasts, cubed
1 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 stick butter
1 can mushroom pieces
1 c. Marsala wine


Melt butter on medium high heat. Brown mushroom pieces and remove. Coat chicken pieces in flour and cheese mixture and brown. Add mushrooms and wine. Simmer 20 minutes. Serve over Fettuccini Alfredo.
