Chicken Casserole


1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 1/2 cans milk
1 large fryer cut up
Salt and pepper to taste


Mix together rice, soups and milk. Place in large casserole. Put chicken on top, skin side down. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook at 250 for 3 hours. Turn chicken over once.
