Chicken Casserole


1 4lb. chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. seasoned bread stuffing
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 c. chicken broth


Cook chicken in salted water until tender. Debone and cut into small pieces. Place in greased baking dish. Place mushrooms on top. Cover with chicken soup. Mix celery, stuffing and onion. Moisten with chicken broth; Spread over chicken soup. Cover with foil; bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake about 30 minutes or until dressing is browned.

Makes 6-8 Servings
