Cheese-Scalloped Corn


2 eggs, beaten
2 (1 lb.) cans creamed corn
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper


Beat eggs in bowl; stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon into a greased 2 qt. casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Makes 8-10 Servings
