Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients:

4 pork chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
!/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 Tbs. vinegar
1 Tbs. sugar
1 c. water

Directions:

Brown pork chops in a small amount of fat. Combine soup. vinegar, sugar and water in a casserole dish. place sliced mushrooms on top; then top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Makes 4 Servings
