Baked Fish

Ingredients:

1/4 c. butter, melted
2 Tbs. lemon juice
2 lb. fish fillets
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 lemon, sliced thinly

Directions:

Combine butter and lemon juice; dip each fish fillet in butter mixture, and arrange in a 13x9x2" baking dish. Sprinkle fillets with salt, pepper, and parsley. Arrange lemon slices over fillets. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
