Sour Cream-Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients:
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
4 to 5 Tbs. milk

Directions:
Place chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Cool. Combine chocolate and sour cream. Add sugar alternately with milk, beating at medium speed until smooth. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
