Scalloped Chicken


4 c. cooked chicken
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 Tbs. minced parsley
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. chicken stock


Cut chicken in large pieces. Alternate layers of chicken, celery, crumbs and parsley in a greased casserole. Add salt and eggs to chicken stock; mix thoroughly and pour over chicken. Bake in pan of hot water at 350 for 1 hour.

Makes 6-8 Servings
