Scalloped Chicken


1 lb. saltines, crushed fine
4 Tbs. butter, melted
2 Tbs. flour
2 tsp. salt
3 c. chicken broth
1 4-5 lb. chicken, cooked and diced


Stir butter into half of cracker crumbs. Add flour and salt to broth; stir well. Arrange ingredients in a buttered casserole in layers of chicken, gravy, unbuttered crumbs, chicken gravy and buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
