Sauerkraut with Wine


1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 lbs. sauerkraut
1 1/4 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 c. sugar


Fry onion in butter. Add sauerkraut, wine, salt,pepper and sugar. Simmer 1 hour.

Makes 6 Servings
