Salmon- Macaroni Pie
Ingredients:
4 beaten eggs
2 (15 oz.) nmacaroni in cheese sauce
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained, broken into chunks
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
In large bowl stir together beaten eggs, macaroni in cheese sauce, salmon chunks, soft bread crumbs, shredded cheese, and salt. Turn mixture into a greased 10" oven-going skillet or a 10x6x2" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 till set in center, 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in wedges or squares; garnish each with parsley, if desired.
