Rhubarb Sponge Pie


1 c. sugar
1 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
1 c. rhubarb, thinly sliced
1 unbaked pie shell


Cream together sugar and butter. Add flour and egg yolks and mix well. Add milk and rhubarb. Fold in beaten egg whites. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 350.

Makes 6-8 Servings
