Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients:
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. bsking powder
2 tsp. bsking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
3 1/3 c. flour
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Combine eggs and sugar, mix well. Add pumpkin, oil and water. Blend thoroughly. Add all dry ingredients. Blend well.Bake in greased vegetable or coffee cans, filling them half full. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
NOTE:
Instead of cinnamon and cloves, I use 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice.
Makes 10-12 Servings

Cook Time: 1 hr
