Potato Candy
Ingredients:
1 boiled, peeled potato
1/2 tsp. vanilla
10x sugar
peanut butter
1 boiled, peeled potato

Directions:
Mash potato. When adding vanilla and 10x sugar, the potato will liquify. Continue to add 10x sugar until the mixture is dough like. (depending on the size of the potato, anywhere from a cup to 2 boxes may be needed.) Roll the dough like pizza and spread it with peanut butter. Roll it jelly roll-style and slice.
