Porcupine Meatballs


1/2 c. rice
1 lb/ ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion, minced
1 small can tomato soup
1/2 c. water


Combine the rice with the meat, salt, pepper and onion. Shape the mixture into small balls. Mix together the soup and water and pour it over the meatballs. Cook the meat balls, tightly covered, for 30 minutes.
