Pineapple Sauce Custard


1 1/2 c. blended pineapple (whip a can of crushed pineapple and juice in a blender until smooth)
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla


Whip the above ingredients together in a blender, pour into six 8-oz. custard cups, sprinkle with nutmeg, and place in a large pan with 1" of hot water in it. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until custard has set. Cool and refrigerate.
To serve, top each with flaked coconut.
