Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients:

2 Tbs. butter
2/3 cups evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups (4 oz.) miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 cups (1 1/2 - 6 oz. packages) peanut butter chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Directions:

Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Bring to full boil. Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in marshmallows, peanut butter chips, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir vigorously for 1 minute, until marshmallows melt and blend. Pour into 8 inch square buttered pan. Cool. Melt chocolate chips; spread on fudge. Chill before serving.
