Mushroom Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
In large bowl mix well all ingredients. Pack mixture lightly in 8x4x3" loaf pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 1 hour. May be eaten at once or saved for lunches.
Makes 6-6 Servings
