Mexican Carnitas


1 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into small cubes
1 pkg. frozen French style green beans, partially thawed
2 Tbs. minced onion
2 Tbs. chopped pimiento
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper


Place green beans in Crock-Pot. Top with onion, pimiento, seasoned salt and pepper; add cubed pork. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours.

Makes 3-4 Servings
