Ingredients:
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. flour
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook slightly onion and pepper. Add to beef with rest of ingredients. Place in 2 small or 1 large loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
