Mashed Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
8-10 medium potatoes
1 c. sour cream
2 (4 oz.) containers ofwhipped cream cheese with chives
Butter

Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender. Mash with sour cream and cream cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Put butter on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Can be made the day before and baked the day you serve it.
