Lobster Dip


1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
6 green onions, diced
6 Tbs. butter
2 c. cooked lobster, chopped
1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese


Cook spinach according to package directions and drain very well. Set adide. Place onions and butter in a small skillet and saute until lightly browned. In a large bowl, combine spinach, onions, lobster and cheese. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until warm. Serve at once or keep warm in a crockpot.
Makes about 2 cups.
