Lentil Soup


2 c. lentils
Ham bone
1 sm. onion, minced
1 2 c. diced celery
Pinch of garlic salt
3 qts. cold water


Wash and drain lentils; place in kettle with the ham bone
Add onion, celery, garlic salt and water. Simmer 2 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
