Ham and Pineapple Salad


1/2 c. shell or other small pasta
3 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 green pepper, chopped
4 large slices cooked ham
4 pineapple rings
2 tomatoes


Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 5-8 minutes. Drain well. While still warm, add the mayonnaise, green pepper, and seasoning; then set aside until quite cold. Place a spoonful of the mixture on half of each slice of ham, fold the other half over. Arrange on a bed of lettuce and place a pineapple ring on each slice of ham. Garnish with wedges of tomato.
