Ham Balls


For ham balls:
2 lbs. ham loaf mix
1 small onion, chopped
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk

For sauce:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard


Mix first 5 ingredients and form into 1" balls. Place in a 13x9x2" pan.
Mix sauce ingredients and pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Double recipe for sauce if more sauce is desired.
