Grilled Chicken


4 lb. chicken pieces
1 c. white or red wine vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbs. salt
1/4 c. pepper
2 Tbs. poultry seasoning


Place chicken in a 13x9x2" dish or heavy-duty zip lock plastic bag. Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients; pour marinade over chicken. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours, turning occasionally. Remove from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill, covered, over hot coals (400 to 500 degrees) 30 to 40 minutes or until done, turning frequently.

Makes 5-6 Servings
