Greek Burgers


1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, grated
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground coriander
4 lg. sesame seed wafers
1/2 c. cottage cheese ot ricotta cheese
4 lemon wedges


Mix ground beef lightly with onion, parsley, salt and coriander; shape into 4 patties about 1" thick. Pan-fry over medium heat 8 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it. Place each patty on a sesame seed wafer; top with cottage cheese or ricotta cheese.
