Garlic Brussel Sprouts


5 brussels sprouts, halved
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. butter, melted
1 Tbs. shredded Parmesan cheese


Place the brussels sprouts and garlic in a small saucepan; add 1" of water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until the sprouts are crisp-tender; drain. Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
