Fried Fish


2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 lbs. fish fillets
Salt to taste
3/4 c. butter
Lemon wedges


Mix together well eggs, milk and flour. Sprinkle fish with salt, and dip in batter. Fry in hot butter about 7 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon wedges.
