Fresh Fruit Pie
Ingredients:
Strawberry, Blueberry or Peach
4 c. fresh fruit
1 1/2 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbs. cornstarch
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello (strawberry, peach or black raspberry)
1 baked pie shell
Cool Whip

Directions:
Place fresh fruit in baked pie shell. In a saucepan mix: water, sugar, cornstarch; cook over medium heat (2 min.) until clear and thickened. Stir in 3 oz. Jello, Dissolve and cool a bit. Pour over fruit. Cool and let set. Top with Cool Whip.
Makes 6-8 Servings
