Easy Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar

Directions:
In a bowl, stir all ingredients until combined. Shape level tablespoonfuls into balls. Place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets; flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes or until set. Let cool 5 minutes; remove to wire racks. Makes about 2 dozen. These cookies do not contain flour.
