3 med. potatoes, sliced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 med. onion, diced
2 c. tomatoes
2 Tbs. parsley, chopped

Directions:
Place hamburger on the bottom of a greased 2 qt. casserole. Cover with layers of potatoes, celery, onions and parsley. Pour tomatoes over the top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
