Easy Bratwurst Casserole


4 redskin potatoes
1 sm. onion
1 lb. bratwurst
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Parmesan cheese


In a 9x13" baking pan, slice potatoes (No need to peel); half of the onion, half the bratwurst and half the soup. Repeat layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cover and bake 40 minutes; uncover and bake 15 minutes more to brown top.
