Creamed Dry Beef
Ingredients:
3 Tbs. butter
3 Tbs. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. dried beef

Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add shredded dried beef and fry until browned. Add milk, stirring until it comes to a boil, lower heat and stir in flour which has been mixed with a little cold water. Cook until sauce thickens.
