Crab and Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
4 qts. potatoes
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 qts fresh mushrooms
2 lbs. crab meat
2 Tbs. chicken soup base
2 c. flour
4 qts. milk
Water (enough to cook the potatoes)

Directions:
Cook potatoes until soft. Add green pepper and mushrooms. Cook until tender. Add premixed flour, milk and chicken base. Add crab meat and simmer. Add seasoning to taste.
