Corn Pudding


3 slightly beaten eggs
2 c. drained cooked or canned whole kernel corn
2 c. milk, scalded
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 Tbs. butter, melted
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt


Combine ingredients; pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Set in shallow pan; fill pan to 1" with hot water. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes, or till knife inserted off center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature.
